Mission & Philosophy Mission: United Way of Oxford, Ohio, and Vicinity seeks to mobilize the caring power of our communities to achieve measurable improvement in the lives of our most vulnerable residents. Throughout our work, we partner with neighborhood agencies, government, business, foundations, volunteers and others so that collectively we can achieve more than any one organization working alone. The federal government's Combined Federal Campaign requires that participating organizations certify that their combined fundraising and administrative costs constitute no more than 25 percent of the organizations' total revenues.
